The Student Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is a part of the Uptown Day Camp experience that helps 6th - 12th grade students grow their faith in Jesus Christ, develop leadership skills, and serve as mentors for children K-5th grades. In addition to leading small groups of elementary schoolers, student leaders go on exciting field trips that are appropriate for their grade level and expose them to opportunities for future careers. Uptown Day Camp is able to offer 20 slots - 15 for middle schoolers and 5 slots for high schoolers - to participate in this program. The application process is described below.
The application process for the 2020 Student Leadership Development Program has ended. If you participated in the application process, and were accepted into the program, please complete the registration below ASAP but no later than June 16, 2020.
